By placing an order with Whipped Dreams, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Handmade Products

All Whipped Dreams products are handmade in small batches in Switzerland. Slight variations in colour, texture, swirl pattern or scent strength are normal and part of the artisanal process.

Orders & Availability

Each batch is produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed. If an item sells out, it may not return or may be restocked at a later time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. shipping options and fees are calculated at the checkout based on destination and order weight. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, as all products are made and packed by hand.

Heat-Sensitive Products (Body Butters)

Our whipped body butters are made without stabilizers and may soften or melt in high temperatures during transit. For this reason, ordering body butters to very hot climates or during peak summer months is not recommended. Whipped Dreams is not responsible for melting that occurs after your order has been shipped.

Customs & Import Fees 

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, any custom duties, VAT, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs office are the customer's responsibility. Whipped Dreams cannot estimate or reimburse these costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade cosmetics and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
